Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors out of our control. unfortunately , we can’t control how fast an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.


You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packing.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.

Only regular priced item may be refunded, sale item and promotion item (discounts,giveaways etc.) cannnot be refunded.


If you return the order the initial shipping costs will e deducted from your refund even on free shipping offer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the item for your exchange product may take time to reach you.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if the item is lost during shipping process and will not grant a refund or a receplacement.


Our WAKimart product have different warranty periods according to each product, and some products have no warranty period.
If the commodity has any manufacturing issue during regular use, during the period of the warranty we will offer a replacement commodity.
You will need to return the commodity to us. The shipping costs for a refurn will be covered by the purchaser side.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

* If you're refused to sign the order, we will charged 20% as handle fees, if the package has been restored several time after unsuccessfully delivery (due to your absence or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete us), we will need 20% shipping.
